GENERAL REFUND POLICY GUIDELINES

MUSIC PROMOTION TODAY operates as a business, so we expect our clients to know and respect our policies. Our goal as an online design and marketing company is to bring the very best value per dollar spent by our clients, and to assist us therein pursuit, we'd like to hide expenses and fuel our operations. Therefore, we require payments to be made on-time in reference to the services offered to our clients.

We understand that sometimes “life happens” and you'll need a refund on fees purchased services to MUSIC PROMOTION TODAY. We attempt to be fair and make a policy that's a win-win for both parties. we'll work with you to form you satisfied with our work. However, if a refund is requested and granted, all property created by MUSIC PROMOTION TODAY including graphics, content, and code, will remain the property of MUSIC PROMOTION TODAY.

By signing up for our services you acknowledge that you simply have read and understand this Agreement and comply with be bound by its terms and conditions.

No refunds are going to be made through any payment processor. After a payment has been completed, there's no way to reverse it because these funds is spent preparing the digital services or campaigns etc.

You agree that when you complete a payment, you'll not file a dispute or a charge-back against us without any valid reason.

If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the proper to terminate all future orders and cancel the service.

Orders placed in MUSIC PROMOTION TODAY won't be refunded or canceled after they're placed. But you'll receive a refund if we discover the service is non deliverable or not completed as described.

Be sure to verify each and every order before placing it.

Fraudulent activity like using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will cause termination of your account. There are not any exceptions.
